Artwork and product descriptions

Each listing identifies whether the item is an original artwork or a reproduction print. Please check the selected size, medium and included presentation or mounting details before ordering. Room photographs are display examples; only the items described in the listing are included. Screen settings and lighting can affect the appearance of color. This does not limit your rights if an item is materially different from its description.

Prices, shipping and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping charges and applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before payment. We do not add undisclosed mandatory handling or processing fees after purchase. If an error affects an order’s price or description, we will contact you to agree a correction or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. Orders are subject to availability and payment verification. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an original artwork has become unavailable or we cannot fulfill an item, we will contact you and refund the affected item and associated shipping and tax. We may decline orders reasonably suspected of fraud or unlawful activity.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy explain delivery, cancellations, return eligibility and remedies for damaged or incorrect artwork. Orders are fulfilled manually, and shipping confirmation is provided when dispatched.

Copyright

Buying an artwork or print transfers ownership of the physical item. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless separately agreed in writing. A purchase does not include permission to reproduce, distribute digital copies of, or commercially license the image.

Website use and privacy

Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse another person’s information. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Third-party websites linked from this store have their own terms and privacy practices.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. California law governs these terms to the extent permitted by law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply where you live. We do not require you to waive statutory consumer rights as a condition of purchase.

Policy updates

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms presented when you place an order apply to that purchase unless you agree to a change or applicable law requires otherwise.
