Original artwork preparation
Original artwork is prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days after purchase. Carrier transit time is additional. Tracking is provided when your artwork ships.
Where we ship
Standard checkout shipping is available to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. For Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering. Standard checkout is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or military addresses. International checkout is not currently available.
Standard shipping included for metal prints
Standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC is included in the displayed price of every metal print. No separate standard shipping charge is added at checkout. Prints may arrive in separate packages.
Original paintings
Original paintings are available through Contact for Purchase. Share your delivery ZIP code when submitting an inquiry. We will confirm availability and one all-inclusive purchase price for your delivery address before payment. Submitting an inquiry does not take payment or reserve the artwork.
Order preparation and delivery
Print orders are prepared to order, and shipments are arranged manually. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Tracking information will be provided when your order is dispatched. Standard shipping does not guarantee arrival on a particular date. Contact us before ordering if you need your artwork for a specific occasion.
Delayed orders
If we cannot ship within the time promised at purchase, we will contact you with an updated estimate and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped item for a full refund, including associated shipping and tax. If no shipment time was stated at purchase, we will ship within 30 days or obtain your agreement to a delay as required by law. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and provide a prompt refund.
Delivery problems and damage
Please check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. If tracking shows a problem or your artwork arrives damaged, contact us so we can help resolve it. Where practical, retain the packaging and photograph the artwork and package. Our Return and refund policy explains remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
