Refund policy

We want you to feel confident choosing artwork for your home. This policy applies to purchases from Victoria Evans Fine Art.

Returns of original paintings and standard prints

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery of an original painting or a print in a standard size offered on this website. Please email 1609bda@gmail.com with your order number and the artwork you wish to return. A reason is welcome but is not required for an eligible change-of-mind return.

Artwork must be returned in the condition received, without new damage or alterations, and with any included accessories or documentation. Use the original protective packaging where possible, or equivalent packaging that protects the artwork. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please dispatch an authorized return within 14 calendar days after receiving those instructions.

Return shipping and refunds

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost. Any standard shipping charge paid at checkout is not refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee or deduct an undisclosed outbound shipping cost. Use a tracked service and consider shipping insurance appropriate to the artwork’s value.

After the returned artwork is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and issue an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds include the returned item’s purchase price and applicable tax. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. If you have not received a refund after this period, contact us.

Damage, defects or an incorrect item

Please inspect your artwork when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and, where practical, photographs of the artwork and packaging. Keep the packaging while we arrange a resolution. Do not send the artwork to a print supplier without our instructions.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable shipping costs needed to resolve a confirmed defect, transit damage or our error. An original painting may not be replaceable; where a suitable resolution is unavailable, we will refund the affected artwork, its shipping charge and applicable tax. The change-of-mind return window does not limit rights or remedies you have under applicable law for defective, damaged or misdescribed goods.

Cancellations and order changes

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We can cancel an original artwork order before it ships and a made-to-order print before production begins. Once production or dispatch has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible, but eligible items remain covered by the return policy above. If we cannot supply your order, we will notify you and refund the unavailable item and associated shipping and tax. Your rights concerning delayed shipment are described in our Shipping policy.

Personalized work and commissions

Any different return or cancellation terms for a separately agreed personalized item, custom commission or special order will be disclosed and agreed before purchase. Selecting a standard print size from this website does not by itself remove the return rights above.

Exchanges

To change to a different artwork or size after delivery, request an eligible return and place a new order. Contact us first if you would like help choosing a replacement.
